Mr. Baucum joins the firm after five years as a solo practitioner, and concentrates his practice on business, tax and estate planning, as well as tax controversies and asset protection. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Baucum served as Director of the IRS Practice at Coopers & Lybrand's National Tax Office in Washington D.C., as well as Special Assistant to the Assistant Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service and Special Assistant to the General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance from Southern Methodist University in 1976, and his law degree from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1979. He also earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1984.
Ms. LeBoeuf comes to the firm after five years as a founding shareholder of Dallas' Campbell & LeBoeuf, PC. She brings the firm more than 14 years of litigation experience, concentrating on business litigation and securities arbitration with a special focus on the construction and insurance industries. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. LeBoeuf served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in 1989, and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994.
Ms. Skeen joins the firm as an associate after three years at Campbell & LeBoeuf, PC. Her practice focuses on professional liability defense, commercial litigation and appeals.
She earned undergraduate degrees, cum laude, in both psychology and economics, from the University of Washington in 1988. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Texas Wesleyan School on Law in 1998.
